inre #4, bs. whoever writes the program wil be under pressure either professionally (by the company) or personally (directly, by both parties) to write something that favors their party. it is really quite easy to write something untracable to guarantee a win for the highest bidder.

technoogy is NOT the solution. it is the problem. simple paper ballots are the easiest verifiable solution.

There is no need to write a program. A person proves eligibility such as citizenship and age, then they get a registration number just like an Ebay or NetFlix account. Then they vote - ONCE!
