I'm hesitant to boycott commercial enterprises (the companies that advertise), but they must know they'll be wasting their money on a huge portion of their audience if they advertise on NBC News

Why boycott? Just post or send out via FReepmail a list of advertisers whom FReepers can contact and express their displeasure at NBC without necessarily threatening to boycott the product.

Just a simple,

Dear Mr. CEO
I have removed access to NBC from my TV, so I won't be able to take advantage of the information on your wonderful product that is advertised there. Please direct me to another network on which you are advertising your product.

Thank you

Former NBC viewer.

The advertisers!

That's what will REALLY worry NBC. Good idea!

NBC wont fear boycotts... boycotting the sponcers.. that's another story.

That’s a nice pleasant letter. It doesn’t threaten the product or business but lets them know where their advertising dollars are being wasted.
