That’s an almost three hour video. Can’t you provide a few key points you think are important from it? Few will listen to a three hour video from nothing but a link with little explanation as to the content of the video.

Here’s the link to Gatto’s wiki page, for a start:

Haha! Yes, you're right.

Trouble is, the investigation into compulsory schooling is a lengthy one. Fortunately for us, Gatto has done most all the legwork for us. Besides having a sharp mind, he has an incredible memory - which likely helped him to connect the many dots.

Okay, here is perhaps a better, shorter one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UadPqGscfI

And a two-sentence summary of his argument:

The shocking possibility that dumb people don't exist in sufficient numbers to warrant the millions of careers devoted to tending them will seem incredible to you. Yet that is my central proposition: the mass dumbness which justifies official schooling first had to be dreamed of; it isn't real.

(If even the hour-long speech above is too much, try one of the shorter ones in the Youtube sidebar. Or do a search and pick one in which he addresses a subject of interest to you. If you'll give him a fair hearing, I bet you'll be glad you did.)
