1. As far as I know, the Obama administration has no authority to “grant the State of Louisiana to withdraw from the United States of America government”, peacefully or otherwise.
2. I don’t see why Louisiana would need to create its own NEW government, unless they want to establish a monarchy or go communist or something.
how can it be part of no government? It needs some kind of government. Or maybe i don’t understand your point?
