Are peoples memories really so short that they can’t remember what happened 4 years ago. Operation Chaos was where Rush encouraged Republicans to cross-over and vote for Hillary in order to prevent Obama from wrapping up the nomination early. How in the world did that give us Obama?

Before you accuse Rush of doing something that led to the election of Obama, don't you think it is incumbent upon you to at least check the accusation for accuracy before making it?

You are completely mistaken. Rush hoped Hillary! would do some damage to obama, because he knew the hapless McCain wouldn't lay a glove on him.

I remember Operation Chaos quite well. The point of it was to vote for whomever was the trailing candidate at any given point in time, so as to draw out the primary process and have Hillary and 0bama beat each other to a pulp.

Unfortunately, by the time it was in full swing, 0 already had sewn up most of the votes needed to win. I remember switching registration to vote for Hillary in the PA primary; but it didn't stop the 0bama express. In any event, we did not wind up with 0bama because of Operation Chaos. It was just a bit of fun.
