This is all new to me. 70’s - 80’s We lost power several days in winter with 0 to -16 weather. Had no generator, just wood burning stove for heat, cooking, bath water.
Nobody complained. Yes it was miserably cold.
NJ was first to sign bill of rights . Guess they forgot to bring up to the authors about power outages.
That and health care. When I pointed that out to a liberal once, they responded with, "that's only because health insurance wasn't around yet. If it had been, the founders would have included it.". Guess that would apply to power and EBT cards, as well.
