"Duh" yourself. The court chalenges have only begun, and Boehner and company have the purse strings to make the so-called law a dead letter by withholding funding. They are afraid to shut down the gov., for fear of the affect on their popularity and loss of elections. Not taking a stand, and ignoring the message of 2010 cost plenty as well. Now we are stuck with the stimulus budget extended into the foreseeable future.
