How can results be announced when there are so many uncounted votes? Will they be counted? Or?

They will be counted.

There aren’t enough votes to change any results in California.

And if you look at CNN or NBC, the California results state “71% in”.

Even if the 71% wasn’t there, it’s obvious that California’s vote total reported on all the election websites are ridiculously low.

Do you really think that California’s still-to-be-counted votes will change the outcome of the election? Maybe for local races, but nothing else.
