Getting it in writing will be beneficial. It will be mocked as a “strongly worded letter” until people read it.
I don’t carry a ping list so once prepared the letter will, in draft, have to pass by word of pings from others. If it does not begin, and this will have to move quickly then all talk or typing will be as it is and for naught. Going to go at it. Will need input.
