Oh how the world has changed the past so many years.
I posted this the other day. PRAVDA telling Americans to turn to God and give up socialism.
Tell me this in the 1980s and I’d have laughed at the absurdity.

Things have changed ... when I was in the Navy I had a subscription ... Pravda was the ultimate resource for “Know Thy Enemy” this would be the last thing I thought I would ever see in Pravda
(Yeah I had a subscription to Pravda... in my name, sent to the Ship... the CIA and NIS (before they were NCIS) were fine with it other than the part that it was in my name, basically they said leave the Intel Gathering to the Professionals... I was 20 I thought I was professional, I briefed missions every day, they got the rag too, just not in their names and that was the running joke every time it showed up, sometimes they would deliver it to me personally ... Youth, it will never let you live it down)

And right here at FR too. Such vitriol against those of us who could not vote for a man who thinks he is a baby god. I have never in my life seen such shrill animus against trying to obey God, as if keeping faith with him could somehow be bad for the country. It has genuinely shocked me, though I suppose I should have expected it, given the prophecies. We live in remarkable times.
