Odd the Commander in Chief does not fall under the UCMJ... I honestly wonder how he would even pass a TS background investigation to get clearance. He has so many missing gaps, foreign connections, "lost" records and transcripts - a shady character, if you will... Anyone who is on an intel committee and/or has access to classified intel should have to pass an investigation - including POTUS.
