Bolton just said that there are several congressional hearings & he can be made to testify whether he wants to or not.

Interesting if he pleads the 5th!! They can offer him full immunity and force him to testify under penalty of prison if he doesn't.
He then takes the total fall himself, end of matter.

He can be made to testify if one of the committee’s subpoenas him.
But that would be well in the future.
For the purpose of the hearings next week, he’s off the hook.
