Judge [Jim] Crow denies Allen West's motion in Palm Beach County. He says West motion is "premature" since no the election has no official results yet; also says the legislature, not courts, sets election procedures.

A Palm Beach County circuit court hearing on Republican U.S. Rep. Allen West’s motion to impound ballots and voting machines is scheduled for noon today.[snip] West filed a similar motion in St. Lucie County.

America needs Allen West. He should move away from that hotbed of libs. and relocate to an area more acceptable and run to return to Congress.

Did those three counties show more votes cast than there are registered voters, like in PA and Ohio?

Good for Col West. He needs to keep fighting this...their side does, so can ours.

Wish this was taking place on a national level (OH, VA, PA...)

Your last sentence clarified the entirety of my intent in the original post:

The GOP REALLY screwed this all up.

That can become as ubiquitous as “elections have consequences,” IMO.

Colonel West is in the worng party and has the wrong ideology.

Now, say if this were a liberal/progressive democrat in say, the state of Minnesota, they would move Heaven and Hell to do all in their power to impound those machines, ballots, and whatewver else necessary to enable them to recount the vote again, and again, and again, and again, until they got it “right” and the democrat was declared the winner.

That’s how these people work.

One day, there will be a reckoning and it will be up to these people themselves whether they allow it to occur legally, honestly, and non-fruadulently through the ballot box...or whether it requires another kind of “box” to set it aright.

St John’s..but we have the increasingly NE liberal and Obama fan Jacksonville vote here, so the vote is probably diluted.

Wiki needs to recheck its facts. District 22 in which Col. West was elected in 2010, is my district. I wholeheartedly supported and welcomed him. Before him there was the liberal Ron Klein for 4 years (a well-deserved casualty of Obamacare). Prior to Klein was Clay Shaw, a 24 year Republican and fmr. Chair of the House Banking committee. This seat which was Col. West’s for 1 term, now will go to a very liberal friend of Debbie Wasserman Schultz by the name of Lois Frankel. Frankel and Schultz have a history together in the Florida legislature, not a history members of FR would like. Just imagine Debbie’s more odious sister now joining the House. That is what we will get.

To say West was redistricted creates the vision of a House contraction which forced him out of an existing seat. This is not the case. Congressman West moved in part of the GOP machinations in what they thought would be wise politically. The GOP leaders made a poor political calculation for the reasons I explained in the previous post.

I understand and believe me, feel the pain directly. I went from being represented by an American patriot and true conservative to now having a pal of Debbie Wasserman Schultz as my new representative. I have a very sick feeling about this fiasco.

Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Broward are the three counties and are the most populous cities in Florida. These counties have the largest percentage of first generation Floridians and snow birds. Some snowbirds vote in their home states and also in Florida, with the excuse (when caught)that they really need input to local elections, since they live here 6 months out of the year.

This area is almost a solid city just south of Miami to just north of West Palm Beach. It is a nightmare to drive through. Large urban areas throughout the nation seem to be the areas where voter fraud is most rampant.

I wish someone would look into Broward allowing people to come in Sunday and fill out absentee ballots on site and turn them in. This was after early voting ended the day before throughout the rest of Florida. They also had people voting until 1 AM on Wednesday, after the polls closed at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6th.

There are a lot of North Floridians who have long wished that a line could be drawn across the state, south of Orlando, and the area south of that line become the separate state of South Florida. This area has been inundated with northern liberals.

Actually just splitting off the three counties as a separate state would go a long way.

The biggest problem arose when county elections officials learned that an Arizona company that printed the six-page ballot misprinted it. Because of that mistake, the tabulation machines could not read more than 23,000 ballots. All of those ballots had to be hand-copied and re-run through the tabulation machines

nothing could've gone wrong there...

This video might explain a lot of what goes on with both the Republicrat and Demican big box establishment parties:

“Hacking Democracy”
(free at http://www.hulu.com/watch/192687).
Also on YouTube
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVTXbARGXso.

After you watch this you might wonder what this lady is doing still alive.
I do.

But even if we can prove that our country and states have been stolen from us, what are we going to DO about it?

What CAN we do about it?

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that the soap box has become a perilous step to ruin for political correctness and “hate speech” persecution; the Jury box has been perverted by and large into political kangaroo show courts, with “justice” to the highest bidder, and our ballot box is no longer a sacrosanct receptacle of Liberty... I don’t think it has been for quite some time now.

Our “boxes” have been systematically broken into and our Liberty stolen.
It appears that at last we have lost our Republic as well.

What does that leave us with?
Do we have any boxes left for them to loot, plunder and leave empty and desolate like the rest?

How long before they start stuffing US into boxes if we don’t conform, comply, or if we know too much or ask too many questions?
