You are fighting a losing battle. Our side have too many single issue voters to ever field a winning candidate. Let alone pick one who can win an election.
My father is a pro life born again Christian who voted even for Mourdock. He said he would have crossed him out if the stakes weren’t so high. He felt that Mourdock wasn’t prepared for the job of getting elected.
Apparently many did cross him out election day. Indiana went mostly red, but he lost.
All the single issues we all want mean nothing if we don’t win elections. You will not have the chance to act on them.
