But with what message? We've been playing defense, (no new taxes, e.g., is still a government-centric debate point)

It's a mindset that needs to be changed, and THEN the institutions with which to engender them.

Kind of like a corporate mission statement, or the Apostle's Creed, to abuse a metaphor.
