So...who’s doing the comparison of voting role entries to votes counted? Should be an element of the elections board oversight, but who is confirming that?
I would think the local election officials and local party reps would have a handle on that, but I’m not sure.
I think but am not sure that the local election officials have to certify that the totals add up before submitting their results.
