Yes, yes, yes - voter machine or program fraud.

I'm a programmer. It's a trivial matter, maybe 3 - 4 lines of code to ignore say every tenth or fifteenth Republican vote counted.

My questions are: Where were the votes counted? What computer system? Who managed that computer system?

Was the counting program secure? Was there an audit trail, that is a simple check of actual votes submitted versus total votes counted/reported?

These are important questions.

I bet if you find the answers to them you will discover that somehow George Soros was involved in the counting programs.

I appreciate your input for it helps diagnose. Our friend thinks it is a terminal but it is a server with another..or it’s at google..The ability of discovery is before you and others who are more knowledgeble than me. I don’t know if you served in wars or not but this cyber war is now and the dems think they got away with it.

I was a poll worker in 2004 in Plano Tx when Collin County started using the Diebold electronic/computer voting machines. I remember at the time talking with a Diebold employee who stated they were bidding on supplying all the counties in Ohio, Diebold’s corporate home state, with electronic voting machines.

So, if Ohio uses the Diebold electronic/computer voting machines (Diebold sold off the elections division to ES&S in 2009) the process should be similar to the following, unless they have changed it due to machine upgrades or specific state election requirements:

Each election voting machine had a “receipt tape” locked in a plastic cartridge that was attached to the machine, inside the machine was a Sandisk commercial grade flash card that registered the vote. It was in a section of the machine that required a key to open.

Before a machine was sent to a polling location is was to pass calibration testing/analysis for accuracy et al.
Once the machine reached the polling location it was set up and retested for calibration accuracy and receipt properly registering the vote count as a back-up confirmation to the flash card. Once it passed these tests it was put into the polling location for use. If during the election there were any problems with a particular it was taken out of service and one of the back-up spare machines was put through the same testing and put in its place.

After voting was over, the flash cards were taken out of the machines given to the official from the county election department where the flash cards were put into a server and the votes tabulated.

As for the election receipt tape it was required to go with the flash cards for use for verfication or if a count ofthe actual votes was required.

Now each voting machine had a serial number. The paper trail election receipt when tested was required to have the serial number of the machine used so it would tie back to that machine. The paper trail receipts did not print voter name but were time stamped with each vote. As for the flash card, it too was required to tie back to the serial number of the machine it was used in.

So even inthis process there are weak links.

I read somewhere that Soros does, if fact, own the Spanish software company that was in charge of *counting* the votes. Not sure where I read that, I'm sure an astute FReeper may have the link to that.
