If not, that is how they could have done it.

In other words, If, when they say "2.8 million less Republicans...", they mean 2.8 less republican VOTES...I think we can see how this could have been stolen...

Depends on what you’re going on. Lots of states have voters registered by party, so by the voter rolls you can literally see how many Republicans voted. Yes, you’re right, most people are simply making assumptions from the vote totals and since the results could have been manipulated, they could be making faulty assumptions from that.

I’m just quibbling with the specifics of how they would have executed it.

But take a look at the Breitbart story on the Orca GOTV fiasco and it’s easy to see the problem as rooted there.

Early on, in Shenandoah County Virginia there was a clue. The machine reverted back to obama and (possibly other issues) after after the choices were made. When you hit the Vote button it went to a pre programmed agenda. The problem with that is that it was reported. So that was rectified by not showing what it went to. Supposedly fixed. To make us feel better
