He (POTUS) shall have the power, by and with consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided Two Thirds of the Senators present concur.

Now my calculator says 2/3rds of 100 is 66. Meaning only 35 have to oppose it for it to go down in flames. And wish as you might Mr Soetoro there aren't that many RINO turncoats or gun-grabbing senators (66) who will ratify this abomination.

And don't think you could have Di-Fi, Turbin Durbin, or Chuck The Schmuck sneak this thing past the senate at 2:00 am when there's only ten RAT senators there. Dingy Harry is still the Boss there and he kinda likes guns -- a shock I know -- and so do his UNION peeps in Nev.

(IMHO Dingy Harry wouldn't touch this. He has an A Rating from the NRA. So it'd be hard to even get it scheduled for a vote.)

I thought everyone was aware that the Constitution is no longer in play. He'll sign this treaty, Congress may bitch but won't do a damned thing about it.
