Even though things didn't go too well with the Presidential election on Tuesday, there was some good news here in Oklahoma. Both the state House and the State Senate gained two new seats for the G.O.P. We also passed all six state questions, including one which out a cap on how much taxes can be levied by local municipalities and also one which overturned a decision by the state Supreme Court to tax intangible property and another which banned Affirmative Action.
