It’s Philadelphia and “Chester”. These are places where ignorance is institutionalized as the norm. No wonder there is so much crime, welfare, unemployment, and stupidity there. I used to live in Philadelphia. As much as I know the Rats are cheating, I know those areas and I’m shocked barry didn’t win 100%.
