I don’t think a felon on parole should get sent back to prison just because he brought worldwide media attention to the fact that he violated the terms of his parole.
It seems like his constitutional rights must have been violated somewhere. After all, where in the constitution does it say that our first or second amendment rights can be taken away just because we are prisoners released on probation?
