Actually Hillary said close to a year ago that she would NOT be returning in a second term. That’s why John F Kerry has been rumored as her replacement for months.
I do remember that.
Of course Hillary swore she would never run for President multiple times and then did. So I never quite believer her. Not sure I believe her now. She could just be angling for a raise.
