I’m shellshocked too. I think voters believed Romney’s argument that the economy was awful, jobs would not come back under Obama, and that national security has been weakened under the Kenyan but that just scared them and they voted for “free stuff” from Obama.
What really scared them is that Romney promised to create millions of new jobs. What we did not calculate through our normal way of thinking is that half our country do not want new jobs. That would mean they would have to go to work. They want food stamps and Obamaphones, not jobs. We are not going to win anything extolling free market economics to Savages.
Voting for their free stuff just makes them
the party of the selfish. I’m so damn done with these
leeches. And equally tired of the old meme that conservatives are greedy - somebody best figure out how
to flip that false message on its head.
