I'm thinking that a few years from now, we would all be grateful to have one of those much-maligned FEMA trailers.
Hell, I would take one right now.
I've lived in a trailer before and if set up right it can provide decent quick housing. But...but they don't hold up to abuse and if the occupants don't treat them with care the trailer will be scrap within months.
After being used they'll be scrapped anyway but still it beats walking up several flights of stairs to a dark, cold apt.
