Cornyn’s level of incompetence is truly breath-taking. He really, really, really screwed this up. I can’t emphasize enough how bad of a job he did. The GOP easily could have picked up 5 seats. We ended up losing seats. I don’t know how anyone could have done a worse job than him yet here he is, moving up the chain to a higher position.

Sorry, but you ALMOST sound like you think COMPETENCE has anything to do with it.

The only thing that garners leadership etc is how many times you were able to convince (or buy) your constituents to send you back.

Then again, when ‘you’ move to DC suburbs (almost) permanently, your idiot constituents still send you back.

BO with as dismal a record as one can dream of, wins in a walk?
Jackson Jr wins in a landslide?
A faux Indian beats a sitting Senator?
A phony wanna be hero Marine wins a seat with the backing of his local VFW Post?
Idiots that think more Marines on Guam will tip the Island over - get reelected?
Idiots that ask NASA about the US Flag the Astronauts planted on Mars - get reelected?

Like the man says, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired....

And the late Ron Smiths words come to life
“If voting meant anything, they wouldn’t let us do it”.
