I started weeding my FB garden. Got rid of some “funny” mom type pages (yes, idiot women who blog about their experiences at Pilates, their getting locked out of their homes by the cleaning company, etc...) were whooping it up yesterday for the grand glory of four more years of Dear Leader (oh, a d they get to keep their birth control!).
It was empowering to unlike...as time permits I shall “defriend.”
Dittos that. I started a few yesterday, too. Computer is slow, though, and it gets frustrating. So I’ll keep working at it a bit at a time. It’s the prep ones I’ll miss if I do quit it all together. So much neat information is shared. If I can find other sources for it all, then they’ll go, too.
Since I use it so little I’m just turning it off. Mrs p6 uses it so does the rest of yhe fa,ily. In fsct she’s at the computer now on FB playing some stupid game before she goes to work.
It’s nice to be able to keep in touch but I get so much static from people I barely know, don’t know or don’t like it’s just not worth it to me.
Then there’s the noise from people who insist on posting what day it is, or things like they are eating a sandwich or tips like this one.
“Since winter is here this is a great tip so you never have to scrap your windshield again. It’s environmental, costs nothing and anyone can do it. When you park, park facing east! That way the morning sun will clean the windshield for you!”
Farking noise....and stupid! I feel bad reposting it here, LOL!
