I would be willing to bet that Mark did not vote for Ron Paul in the primaries.

I’m not sure I understand your statement about waiting to the rock the GOP boat. Are you faulting him for getting behind Romney?

Blind support for police officers — I wouldn’t mind talking to him about that subject and learning more because I’m not too high on the police right now. Bad experience with neighbor cop’s family and threats that he can do whatever he likes to me, an old man, because he is a cop. Not much help from our county force.

Cops are 90% bad, the whole lot of them.

And no, I’ve never been arrested, just witnessed time and time agian exactly the kind of thug stuff you are reporting.

In the NorthEast it is like living in a police state already.

The same folks who take those jobs, are the type that will be the brownshirts, if you will.

People always say, how could our neighbors ever do that to their own people, it will never happen.

It has happened, it will happen, and it isn’t unlikely.

Ask 1925 Germany what they thought about that prospect. They would laugh you right out of their house and brand you an extremist nut, but you’d have been right.

You're not alone in your experience. I've been dealing with my neighbor cop's BS for almost 6 years.
I've found some effective ways to neutralize his harassment and not capitulate to his bullying. One of the most effective tools has been my video camera and my phone. After he almost ran over me and my kids as I was walking them home from the bus stop, I always have my video camera app up and ready to go on my phone. It does no good to go to the local cops or to his superiors, they just say it is his right to protect his community.

Early on in 2011, he endorsed Bachmann and Santorum. When it came time for his state to vote in April, he said he voted for Santorum. I remember hearing him say that but I also googled it.

Absolutely! We all knew a year ago that Romney was an unelectable creep. He's just flat-out icky! A horrible candidate. We got used to him. But, he didn't turn out the base because he didn't deserve it. He's horrible.

And I live in VA. Allen is even worse!
