They couldn’t and wouldn’t dig the fence post holes.

They would sit and whine until they starved to death.

This is coming.

There will be those of us who have food production systems in place, and there will be those who demand we give them food. Ain’t happening. I’ll hide what I need and destroy the rest before I give it to someone that refuses to work for their own sustenance.

I see no way to avoid an eventual one world communist top down model of slaves providing work for the greater good (supplementing robots) in exchange for being allowed to live and being fed, clothed and housed. I actually think many of these idiots would be good with that.

One world governemnt, New world order, Agenda 21.

That's what just got voted in.

“goods or perquisites to which they feel entitled by virtue of rights or precedent”

And which I have deprived myself from having in order to subsidize them getting.

Examples:
*I don’t have a cell phone.
*I don’t shop at Macy’s or Kohl’s (or even Walmart) for clothes. I shop at Salvation Army for the clothing and furniture I need.
*I’ve been eating beans and rice (economical home-cooked meals) long before Dave was encouraging it. Only rarely eat out.
*Haven’t had a vacation in over a decade and will continue to stick close to home.

I pay my own bills and always have — housing, food, medical, etc. What I don’t need, I do without.

In other words, I live a responsible life and am a burden to no one.

What if the state refused Obamacare, and, piece by piece every federal dollar it possibly could?

As far as I know, KY is the only state to have already voted in the legislature to refuse Obamacare. (But their Dem gov is trying to find ways around it).

Your scenario sounds perfect. Let me know if you find a state willing to do most of it!

I believe a huge majority of those who voted for obama have jobs. They’re going to be surprised when they find out that taxing the “wealthy” isn’t go to pay for the “stuff” for the people who don’t work and they’ll have to make up the difference.

I spoke with a small pizza shop owner. He said from now on out when I buy groceries, it’s for the store. All my mileage is for delivering pizzas. I’ll owe zero taxes at the end of the year. I have a feeling a lot of small operators are going to be doing that.

If Boner had the gonads to put obama in the wheelchair with granny and push him off the cliff by allowing sequestration to go through, we’d be “Galt” a lot faster. Then we could start over.

I see two distinct groups of people that we have to contend with: useful idiots and their ruthless deceivers. The former can be won over if and only if they suffer the harmful effects of socialism badly enough and are presented with a plausible alternative. We can directly affect that by accelerating the slowdown of money through the economy.

The second group is much smaller but they have money, fame, and influence. My honest, unvarnished assessment? It’s going to take applying the same sort of totalitarian devices against them that they seek to use to further their own power goals. I think it’s going to take KGB-grade tactics, ruthlessness, and brutality, because I don’t think those people understand anything else.

We need to hit the "reset" button hard and fast.
