Someone born owing allegiance to a foreign power is not eligible to the Presidency.

Violating the law does not abolish the law, violating the Constitution does not amend the Constitution.

Of course that's right...under normal circumstances when the position hasn't been successfully usurped in plain view with zero consequences. Now, in the future, when someone born with foreign citizenship wants to run and successfully gets elected....any court challenge against them will be a massive uphill battle because they can point to Barry's precedent.

sad thing is so many (R)'s could care less thinking its a non issue.
