Sarah, as much as I hate politicians to declare early, and then drag out a campaign forever, this is one instance when I feel that you MUST declare for 2016 very soon! How son? Before the 2014 midterms. YOu need to get people fired up behind you so we don’t start with 12 trying to fight it out. In the meantime, make your points carefully and explicitly so there is no reason for people to say that don’t know you, don’t know what you believe in, etc. Lay the groundwork and build on it.
