No I think soon we will have RIOTING in the streets, because we need to cut spending! the people won't like it, but we will be GREECE and Spain soon... without the history!!
I’m not seeing the downside in that scenario. If they’re rioting it’s because they’re in pain. If that doesn’t wake them up the pain should continue until they do or until they suffer the consequences of their choices. People who live on the edge because they expect others to support them might find themselves suddenly freezing or starving. I have no problem with that whatsoever.
Social Darwinism is not evil. It’s a vital incentive for survival.
