I live in Los Angeles so I have been living under Socialism for a very long time now..last night was the final straw..seeing people actually vote to raise taxes..this state is down the drain..I know, half the state is red but the counties with the largest population are extremely liberal..SEIU is headquartered in LA they have a huge presence here..if I had a good paying job somewhere else I would have left LA a long time ago..but I dont know where to go. I have always wanted to live in Texas, or maybe Alabama..it would be nice for once in my life to know how it feels to live in a red state

You will feel like you came home for the first time. Like a trip back to where America was 30 years ago. When I moved to Cali a few decades ago, it was because Cali was a decade ahead of Michigan at the time. Now, you do not want to be living in America's future. It's past is much better. Personally wish I was born in the late 1600's myself. Not as an indentured servant though. As a free man.
