"What is with the popularity of the phrase “going Galt”? The correct term is “shrugging.” Tell your friends and family to call it shrugging."

The first time I read Atlas Shrugged was in 1965, there was a popular bumper sticker at that time that was Navy blue and had white letters that said, "Who Is John Galt?"

I quit work 20 years ago at the age of 50 and have been living in Galt's Gulch ever since.
Every high school graduate that sends me an invitation to their graduation gets a copy of Atlas Shrugged as a graduation gift.

I probably won't change, lol.

I’m wearing a tee shirt right now that says, “who is John Galt?”. It starts conversations when I wear it out.
