They might if they rejected Romney as a Republican Kerry and not because of his ideas.

Wisconsin makes sense, it is the rest of the country that got it wrong last night.

Can be explained. Look at ANY Blue state... a few large enclaves of DemWits flip the state... Red everywhere else (Pennsylvania has 67 counties, only 11 are Blue... give Philly to N.J. PLEASE!). The Walker recall win? Some more fair minded libs/”moderates” must have thought he was getting a raw deal and deserved his job. In 2014, they vote him out?

Same thing in Michigan, red as red can be at the state level.

But went for the Kenyan and Stabacow.

It makes perfect sense. When you run on conservatism you win. We ran a liberal Republican for Pres. When the choice is Lib Dem vs Lib Repub the Dems when, all the time.

When will the Repubilcan Party ever learn.

No it makes perfect sense. The elections here for the State senate were in for the most part red areas. Their elections weren’t swamped by Milwaukee or Madison.

This does not bode well for 2014 though.
