One factor to consider my friend — Because of this election victory, Obama now has a free hand in appointing judges, justices who seat in our the judicial branch. The Democrats have ADDED 2 more senators to the upper house and Harry Reid is still majority leader.
Scalia, Kennedy and Ginsberg are approaching 80 and will before 2016, be REPLACED. THESE ARE LIFETIME APPOINTMENTS and even if the Republicans take the presidency in 2016, they will probably have 6 liberal justices to contend with.
I don’t expect the courts to be the conservative’s or the constitution’s friend in the next 4 years.
Elections have consequences and this one has one of the biggest consequences of all.
The court is not conservative as it stands and the worthless Roberts proved it. HE IS THE REASON Obamacare is law. No one else. Even if Romney had won he would have played hell getting rid of it.
