Well said. 2 years ago we couldn't lose. We swept the races and the initiatives. So this idea that we're all done for is nonsense. We have some adjustments to make sure, especially with women and Hispanics, but NO ONE has any idea what next year will bring let alone 4 years.

You all are perfectly correct. Though we lost the election, we gained a much better understanding of what we are up against.

We have to change one thing: Our culture of expectation.

First we must transform the media. I am not sure how, but I think Glenn Becks, “The Blaze” is on the right track. The MSM is pretty much responsible for everything we don't like about what has happened to this country. FOX is way to Politically correct. I am not looking for Spin, just pain old truthful facts. That should not be difficult.

The second thing is we must change how we are educating our kids. This one is going to take some time, but is doable.

Lot's of opportunities, and we have 4 years to make a real difference. We must do more than promise a “change” The “change” must be self evident. Not a pipe-dream, but a reality. If we cannot make more than a little progress in the next four years, our promise's are empty

I do know that for each of the next four years the US will bring in 1.2 million legal immigrants annually, 87% of whom are classified as minorities by the USG.

I do know that by 2019 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities as defined by the USG.

I do know that by 2042 half of the country will be minorities as defined by the USG.

Demography is destiny. The 1965 Immigration Act changed this country forever and now we seeing the electoral consequences.

Mitt Romney won white voters by 20 points in today’s presidential election, according to exit polls, which is the same margin that Ronald Reagan won that demographic by in his 1980 landslide over Jimmy Carter. But given that white voters are a smaller percentage of the electorate these days and he’s doing poorly among minority voters, Romney is on the cusp of losing the election. In 1980, Reagan won white voters 56 percent to 36 percent, with third party candidate John Anderson taking 8 percent of the vote. He ended up beating Carter by 10 points and winning 44 states.

Romney has won white voters by the same 20-point margin, 59 percent to 39 percent. But the big difference is that in 1980, whites were 88 percent of the electorate, whereas in this election, they were just 73 percent.

“We have some adjustments to make sure, especially with women and Hispanics....”

Oh, I see. We carried the married women. But, we’ll comntinue to lose the single, childless women unless we sign on to their holy mantra that allows them to kill their children without cost or consequence. And we’ll continue to lose the single women who have kids unless we loudly proclaim that we will be their surrogate husband and the adoptive parent of their offspring. Once we get to that point, we will just be another Democrat.

As for the hispanics, with the exception of the Cubans who escaped Castro’s Cuba, they have historically been socialists who can put out their hands for freebies with the best of them. We will never get them unless we happily give them free stuff. Again, once we get to that point, we will just be another Democrat.

Me? I will never be a Democrat. I will hold on to my honor and my principles, even if I end up being the last man with any. Better to be alone, and at peace with myself, and die an honorable man, than to compromise who I am just to “get along.” I would much prefer death to dishonor.
