When it comes to the Federal Controlled Substances Act, no matter what a state does or thinks, Federal Law or whichever is the more strict statute, takes priority.

Federal Law or whichever is the more strict statute, takes priority.

Under the Constitution unless the law is under the purview of the Congress the above is unconstitutional. Federal law cannot take priority over those who are responsible for the power of the Federal Govt. that being the states themselves.

That doesn’t mean in today’s world the fed won’t demand that the people and the states bow to their demands, nevertheless, it is unconstitutional so what else is new.
