And then there’s his “buddy” in Indiana Richard Mourdock, and back in 2010 there were Sharron Angle and Chrlstine O’Donnell. These people all give decent Conservatives a black eye while pursuing their selfish goals. They make fools of themselves, besmerch Conservative principles, and have that undeserved sense of entitlement to waste our time with their moronic candidacies. Here we have four US Senate seats we gave away at a time when we sorely needed them.

I agree that Akin would have been better than McCaskill, however his statement was a window into his ignorance, and I'm afraid, his unelectability.

Mister Akin owes the Great State of Missouri and all of us GOPers an apology for his selfishness.

I agree with you that I wish the Missouri voters would have done a better contrasting and comparison of competing stupidities between the two candidates, but I was pretty certain that they would not .
