According to CNNs first exit polls, nationwide 60 percent of voters see the economy as the most important issue in the election. Only 4 percent thought foreign policy was most important.
Nationwide, CNN says, exit polls showed the 51 percent believe Mitt Romney would be best at handling the economy and 47 percent think President Obama would do better.
In the battleground state of Virginia, according to CNN exit polls, 49 percent of voters wanted to see the presidents healthcare plan ObamaCare repealed, while 46 percent did not want to see it repealed.
Also in Virginia, exit polls showed that 53 percent of voters thought Romney would better handle the economy.

MeanGreen, what’s the source of that data indicating Romney’s internal poll shows Obama winning Ohio by 5%?
To: tanknetter
One of the analysts on CNN said it was a “Romney campaign source”
To: MeanGreen2008
Well, that would be a surprise to the Obama people whose internal poll (reported yesterday) showed them winning Ohio by just 2.
Dana Perino this morning said the Romney internal poll showed him winning Ohio by 2.
What is your source for your info?

MeanGreen, whats the source of that data indicating Romneys internal poll shows Obama winning Ohio by 5%?
I asked the same thing. However it may be a mistype: on the ELECTION DAY thread it's being reported that Candy Crowley is saying that the Romney internals are showing them winning by 5%
To: MeanGreen2008
Apparently, Romneys internal poll has Obama winning Ohio by 5% apparently? so non-commital... you sound like the MSM...

No, it doesn’t. I think you’re basing that on the link that was in jest in the other thread.

What matters is turnout, the rest is just noise, and if the turnout stories are to be believed, that bodes very well for our side.

So he's making it up? No he's reporting what thousands of people just heard. According to CNN a Romney person reports their last internal poll shows them down by 5 in Ohio. Don't shoot the messenger.

Romney spotted the zero 47%. It’s a big handicap to overcome. That’s why it is even remotely close.

According to CNN a Romney person reports their last internal poll shows them down by 5 in Ohio. Don't shoot the messenger. If true, that would hand the election to Obama. What a bad year. Lost my mom. Lost my 30 year job. About to lose my country and hopes for another job.

I took that exit poll in Delmont (Westmoreland Co) PA. The household answer will confound them based on my other answers. My husband is PSP, and troopers are unionized. Not a typical union, but one nonetheless.

I feel ya. Obamacare alone should have been enough to sink Obama. We’re pretty much screwed I’m afraid.

That's weird. It was a citation of Candy Crowley saying that a senior Romney staffer had told her Ohio was up for Romney by 5%. Not sure what the problem would be with that one.
