Martinez said he obtained documents on Oct. 30 that show more than five dozen requests for absentee ballots from this address, despite the fact there's not a living soul there. He filed a formal complaint on Oct. 31 with the Secretary of State. He told KENS 5 the case has now been forwarded to the Attorney General.
"We just want to be sure that things like this are not going on in the future and make sure that people's vote is appropriately counted," he said.
Martinez did not provide any evidence that any fraudulent votes were cast as a result of any of this.
