Take his picture, get his name, post it on the Internet, let it go viral and let nature take it’s course.
We should have a society where people won’t do stuff like this out of fear of becoming the next Darwin Award winner.
The “authorities” would be more likely to arrest and prosecute the person taking the picture than the poll worker,
especially if the photographer lacked melanin.
