Per news conference the shooter is a black male parolee/employee with a long rap sheet. He is still alive. All of the victims were hispanic co-workers.

>>10:15 a.m.: Police Chief Jerry Dyer at a news conference said the gunman shot four coworkers, killing one, then walked outside the business and shot himself.

The gunman, identified as Lawrence Jones, 42, of Fresno and two of the people he shot were taken to Community Regional Medical Center and reported in critical condition.

A third person was shot in the lower back area. Her condition was not immediately known.
