Note, Fairfax is the place to be, and is the most populated political subdivision in the Metro area. DC is technically a Fairfax suburb~a rather large industrial park.

In George Washington's day Northern Virginia was the wealthiest area in America ~ and today, the county where his home (Mt Vernon) is located is still American's wealthiest area.
