I know of no such list and don’t even know if my idea I’m about to present is even legal… But, you could just pick up the phone and dial random numbers in the area code you are interested in. :o)
We live in Pa. Local GOP are calling names of republicans that haven’t voted to encourage them to come out and provide transportation if they need it.
FWIW, I live in Ohio, and I can tell you that we have been barraged with phone calls all hours of the day every day for the last 3 months. We stopped answering calls first, next we unplugged our answering machine. If you don’t live in Ohio, you might not realize how bad it is here. Everybody who hasn’t voted yet already has had these same calls umpteen million times. We early voted this year, and still get the calls. Yes, even today (4 so far)!
I’m absolutely sick of hearing the phone ring.

6th phone call. All of these are just harassment to me now.
I can’t wait until this election is over, but 2014 campaigning probably starts tomorrow in Ohio. :( If the economy were better, maybe I could sell my house, and move to someplace that isn’t a swing state.
One of the major reasons the polls have been off this year is because an increasing number of people only have cellular phones and/or don’t answer the phone unless they know who is calling.
Telephone polls will lose their credibility this year and the antiquated and often annoying practice of cold calling voters will likely follow them into oblivion.
