Romney up 92K in OH early voting? Update: Gannett pulls link
HotAir ^

Mitt Romney already has 697,143 votes before the polls opened a couple of hours ago, while Barack Obama only has 605,546, a difference of almost 92,000 votes. The data is time-stamped at 2:03 ET this morning, and the link on the front page of the site reads, “Early voters: How Ohio has voted.”

A few counties have not yet reported any early-voting results, but one county in particular looks huge. Cuyahoga, which includes Cleveland, should be a Democratic stronghold, and perhaps the one area where Democratic early-voting efforts should have produced their biggest lead. Instead, Romney has a lead of about 14,000 votes already, 127,570 to 113,373. In Hamilton County, where Cincinnati itself is located, Romney leads by over 5,000, 29,969 to 24,808. A quick scan of the data shows Romney leading in every county with more than 25,000 EVs.

This may be a very big deal, if these numbers are correct.

Guys, this is FALSE INFORMATION.

FALSE FALSE FALSE.

They do not report votes early.

Duh!

This is in fact just fake numbers to test the site, not real data.

Good point. Reminds me of a cute comment I heard recently on how you can tell a republican from a democrat. A republican signs more checks on the front, while dims sign more checks on the back.

Rush is right. He just said this is a “turn out” election. We show up, we win.

Just vote. ESPECIALLY if you are in a swing state.

Heck, I’m a conservative in CA. I voted. Could have written it off. Could have let the fact that CA is a bastion of liberalism keep me home. That’s what “they” want.

Well, you can’t always get what you want.

No. This simply isn’t true. We’re about 6% behind from total EV and that’s fantastic. We can make that up in three counties.

That'll work. Wasn't it about 20% last time?

That’s the number I keep hearing, but you know what? I can’t find the EV number anywhere that I can confirm. But, like I say, that’s what everyone uses.

Update: Gannett pulls link

Can you say, "We will have our Florida 2000 redux whether the votes justify it or not"?

Can't you just see it? Zero refuses to concede, gets arrested, every urban center in the nation blows up...

If it bleeds it leads!
