Opps, VOTING OBSERVATIONS HERE.
Very very busy in Ledyard, a Republican community.
Voted in Avon, CT this AM. Conservative town (one of the few in CT) that votes GOP for local officials about 75% of the time. Long line at 7 AM at local elementary school voting place, and I was the 351st to vote according to the machine taking the ballots.
My kind of secret hope all along has been for Connecticut to freak everyone out by being too close to call at 7:00 tonight. The senate race has been tight and Romney has been under-performing that race. What if he suddenly over-performed on election day....
Fun to think about at least.
Very busy at my local polling place in East Hartford, CT. Plus GOP side had Dunkin Donnuts with coffee not far from polling place. The Democrats, no hospitality.
We cannot expect the Americans to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans small doses of Socialism until they suddenly awake to find they have Communism.

I got to the polling place at 7:05 AM. I was the 15th person to vote. I have never seen that much activity that early in all the years I have been voting. This is going to be huge if my polling place is any indicator.
Trumbull CT here - this morning was the most I’ve ever seen in my times voting. I was in line @ around 6:30 AM, and there were about 150 in front of me, with the line snaking out the door. Parking lot and nearby streets were pretty full.
Trumbull usually votes Republican, but last election cycle the Republican vote came in at less than expected, so the above give me great hope.

May the heros of Benghazi be proud of how we vote today.
They gave their lives for us, now we need to give our votes for them.
Vote as if the lives of our Military Men and Women depended on it.
I voted in Greenwich at about 8 a.m. Short lines, moving fast. Very little on the ballot so it didn’t take long to look it over and vote.
Voted at about 10 this morning in Stamford. Lines were pretty long but organized and moving quickly. I guess it took me about a half hour. We have a ton of charter revision questions. I decided to vote against all of the ones that set up a new board, control or authority. We have enough government!! I said the grammatical changes were ok. I sure look forward to Romney winning. But we have to stay on him to keep him in line. And the house and the senate.
