In their forward compartment on their “Believe in America” campaign plane tonight before landing in Columbus for the just concluded rally, an ebullient Ann Romney told your reporter “We’re going to win!”
A cadre of Romney senior staffers busily worked their email on laptops, tablets and hand held devices. Mr Romney seated in a chair with the words “The Gov” embroidered on the headrest and an I-Pad in his lap beamed at his wife’s confidence and echoed her sentiments immediately saying decisively “It’s over!” referring to both his quest for victory in Ohio and the nation.

That’s why I have been surprised by how much time R&R have spent in Colorado. We are doing good here—3-4%. Not sure why R&R think it needs shoring up. Also, we have no senate races this year. So supporting a local senate race doesn’t justify the time spent here.

The man has grown on me by leaps/bounds since the primaries, and esp. since the first debate.
He's 'been there, done that' re a lot that the job will require, and can probably make as much progress turning some of this mess around as one man can do in the circumstances.

I listened to part of his speech in Iowa on C-SPAN tonight. No energy in the crowd and he sounded like he was giving a concession speech.

Which fake accent is that? His fake southern accent? His fake pauwkeestan accent? His fake urban black accent? Or just that annoying cadence (2 or 3 words at a time followed by a pause) he uses when he makes a speech?
Obama is a petulant spiteful little man who has been handed accolades for simply being “exotic”.
