Good for them. I just spoke to my 86 year old neighbor from NJ. Her husband was retired military. We agreed the two of us could hold this %$#@!!$ down and shave that beard. There is no reason in the world that we have not had a trial yet. Put him in general population.
It would be nice if a new attorney general and justice dept would be operating in January, and start to make the wheels of justice turn.
I think the beard issue was a way for the government to delay the trial past the election. If the intent was to get on with things, why not just add insubordination (refusing to shave) on top of the murder charges?
