The British version of Top Gear talks in MPH but speaks of “petrol” in litres. No they don't. The only metric they use is litres for engine size. Every thing else: miles, gallons, feet, pounds, horsepowers, torques, is Imperial.

Used to wuz that Canada used Imperial Gallons.
THAT wuz a problem ('cept when their fuel was less expensive than ours -(Carter 70's?).
